Unilad Rebrand
The Project
I led a full brand refresh for UNILAD, with the goal of modernising and unifying its visual identity across all verticals. The challenge was to create a clear visual hierarchy that would strengthen the main brand while giving structure and consistency to its sub-brands. As part of the redesign, I rebuilt every logo from the ground up—ensuring balance, scalability, and cohesive spacing across the board. I also developed templates and guidelines to future-proof the system, enabling the team to maintain consistency as new verticals were introduced. The project was delivered over four months and included company-wide training on how to implement the new assets.
Deliverables
Redesigned logo suite, static and motion templates, brand guidelines, visual hierarchy system, colour palettes, and workflow-enhancing design assets.
